We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining production-grade AI systems and pipelines. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to bring intelligent features to life — spanning language models, automation tools, and data-driven products. Strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and tooling are essential.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems including LLM-powered applications, intelligent agents, and automation pipelines.
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations that expose AI capabilities to downstream products and users.
- Architect scalable, reliable inference systems and pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, and embedding pipelines for enterprise knowledge systems.
- Write clean, well-tested, production-quality Python code following software engineering best practices (PEP 8, type hints, docstrings).
- Develop and maintain Python-based data processing pipelines using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, asyncio, and FastAPI.
- Build robust tooling, SDKs, and automation scripts to support AI workflows and internal developer productivity.
- Work with large language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Mistral) and open-source models (LLaMA, Falcon) for various NLP use cases.
- Leverage AI development frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, and CrewAI to build agent-based and multi-step reasoning systems.
- Integrate and fine-tune models using tools such as Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT/LoRA, and Weights & Biases for experiment tracking.
- Use vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector) and semantic search infrastructure to power AI-driven search and recommendation features.
- Apply prompt engineering, chain-of-thought prompting, and function calling techniques to optimize LLM outputs.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve deployed AI systems using performance metrics, A/B testing, and user feedback loops.
- Build and maintain model evaluation pipelines to track accuracy, latency, bias, and regression across model versions.
- Experience fine-tuning or training LLMs (LoRA, RLHF, instruction tuning) on custom datasets.
- Familiarity with multi-modal AI systems (vision-language models, speech-to-text, generative image models).
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and at least one major AI orchestration framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- Knowledge of AI safety, responsible AI, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with REST API development using FastAPI or Flask; familiarity with gRPC is a plus.
- Open-source contributions or published AI projects on GitHub.
- Experience with streaming data pipelines (Kafka, Spark) for real-time AI inference.
- Background in agentic AI systems, autonomous agents, or multi-agent frameworks.
- Strong experience with AWS services: Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS/SNS
