Python Backend engineer

A Backend Developer builds and maintains application using Python, including APIs and business logic. They use AWS cloud services to deploy and manage scalable, reliable systems. The role involves working with databases, ensuring performance and security, and integrating different services. It can also include working with GenAI/LLMbased solutions for building intelligent applications. Developers collaborate with teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions.

• Assess and analyze the existing Azure codebase to identify reusable components and migration gaps.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Python (FastAPI/Django) on AWS infrastructure.
• Refactor existing backend code for AWS services (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway) .
• Implement and manage data repositories using DynamoDB, RDS, or other AWS database services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Configure networking, security, and monitoring for backend services.
• Collaborate with frontend, data engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and architecture discussions.
