Senior AI/ML Engineer

You will specialize in designing and implementing sophisticated agentic AI systems and leveraging the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex challenges. • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Agentic AI systems from concept to production.
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of AI/ML and GenAI solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Build and optimize agentic workflows, including multi-agent orchestration, memory management, tool integration, and reasoning pipelines.
• Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication mechanisms to enable coordination between distributed AI agents.
• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocols (MCPs) for structured context sharing, tool interoperability, and dynamic knowledge access within LLM-based applications.
• Utilize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent, responsive, and scalable AI applications.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance, accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI solutions on AWS cloud services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, Bedrock, and API Gateway.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready Python code following software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to design and deliver AIpowered solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design for AI initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in AI, Machine Learning, NLP, Agentic AI, and GenAI technologies.
• Support knowledge sharing initiatives and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

• Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring frameworks.
• Exposure to multi-agent ecosystems, AI interoperability frameworks, and protocol standardization.
• Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI observability tools.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects, research publications, or technical blogs related to AI/ML and GenAI.
