Job Description

Looking for a Product Marketing & Communications Associate to drive strategic marketing communications for our AI-powered platforms, including Talliant. This role focuses on shaping product narratives, building market positioning, managing content strategy, and creating marketing assets that support both brand visibility and sales enablement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of product marketing, content strategy, social media engagement, and SEO-driven communication, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear and compelling messaging.

Key Roles
  • Develop and manage marketing communications across the entire product lifecycle—from pre-launch awareness to post-launch engagement and retention.
  • Adapt messaging based on product maturity, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent positioning.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and positioning opportunities.
  • Develop differentiated messaging that clearly communicates product value in competitive markets.
  • Plan and execute a structured monthly social media calendar aligned with business objectives.
  • Create platform-specific content strategies, especially for LinkedIn audiences such as HR leaders and CHROs.
  • Monitor performance and optimize content strategy based on engagement and reach.
  • Plan and manage webinars, virtual events, and podcast campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate pre-event promotion, audience registration, event moderation, and post-event content repurposing and Act as a moderator or host when required.
  • Conduct keyword research and align content with search intent and discoverability goals.
  • Plan blogs, landing pages, and campaign content around SEO-driven content strategy.
  • Use SEO tools to track performance and optimize content visibility
Eligibility Criteria
  • 4+ years of experience relevant in Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Content Strategy
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and SaaS product positioning
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and professional social media platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content performance analytics
  • Ability to create sales enablement content such as decks, proposals, and thought leadership assets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales)
