Data Quality Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality & Data Profiling Analyst with strong experience in Healthcare Organization (HCO) data, data deduplication, and Salesforce data management. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability by identifying duplicates, managing Golden Records, and applying match-and-merge concepts to create a 360° view of healthcare accounts.

• Perform data profiling to assess completeness, accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HCO and contact data before analysis or reporting.
• Identify and analyze duplicate records, incomplete records, invalid values, and data inconsistencies across facilities, accounts, and contacts.
• Develop a strong understanding of Golden Record vs duplicate record logic based on business rules.
• Identify duplicate HCO accounts using deterministic (exact match) and probabilistic (fuzzy match) techniques.
• Perform data cleansing activities, including: Handling missing or incomplete values,Removing or consolidating duplicate records,Correcting invalid or inconsistent data.
• Query and analyze data stored in Salesforce objects using SQL and basic SOQL.
• Join and validate data across multiple Salesforce objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Affiliations, and Addresses.

• Strong understanding of data quality concepts (completeness, accuracy, consistency, reliability).
• Proven experience identifying duplicate accounts for US Healthcare Organizations (HCOs).
• Hands-on knowledge of de-duplication concepts for healthcare accounts.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, and relationships.
• Basic knowledge of SOQL to query and join Salesforce objects.
• Strong SQL proficiency for data cleansing and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
