Senior Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will support US pharmaceutical commercial analytics by delivering high?quality, validated data and insights across CRM, claims, and field execution domains. This role requires strong hands?on experience with data transformation, analytical problem?solving, and stakeholder collaboration, along with a solid understanding of US commercial pharma data and systems.

• Analyze and deliver insights from US Commercial pharmaceutical data, including US Claims, Veeva CRM, and field execution data
• Develop, maintain, and optimize ELT/ETL pipelines and data models to support commercial analytics use cases
• Perform comprehensive data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources
• Design and implement analytical datasets in Snowflake, Dataiku, or similar platforms for downstream consumption
• Monitor and analyze field execution KPIs, identifying trends, gaps, and actionable insights
• Support Power BI dashboards and reports by preparing curated, business-ready datasets
• Troubleshoot data issues using advanced SQL and scripting, ensuring timely resolution

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or market research organizations
• Hands-on exposure to Veeva CRM, field execution KPIs, and US Commercial data, including US Claims
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end data solutions, including ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and data validation processes
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Dataiku, or equivalent data platforms
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong SQL and scripting knowledge
• Basic to intermediate understanding of BI reporting and visualization concepts, preferably Power BI
• Good understanding of the US commercial pharmaceutical landscape and regulatory environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
