UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with a strong foundation in UX research, interaction design, and high-quality UI execution. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute visually at a high level, and follow a structured design thinking approach across projects.

• Lead end-to-end UX process: research ? synthesis ? ideation ? wireframes ? prototyping ? testing ? iteration
• Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, etc.)
• Translate business requirements into intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction models
• Deliver high-quality UI aligned with design systems and brand guidelines
• Design responsive web experiences (desktop + mobile)
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Occasionally create presentation decks and social media creatives when required
• Maintain structured documentation of design decisions and rationale

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Framer/Webflow experience is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating: Web design projects,Clear design thinking process followed end-to-end, Research-led problem solving, High-fidelity UI work
• Strong UX research background (qualitative + usability testing)
• Strong visual design and UI skills
• Experience building and/or contributing to design systems
• Proficiency in tools like Figma (or equivalent)
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly
